• The Project Double Barrel is the support
of the PNP to the government’s
Barangay Drug Clearing Strategy, and
the neutralization of the of illegal drug
personalities nationwide.
• It aims to clear all drug-affected
barangays, conduct no let up operations
against illegal drugs personalities. and
PNP’s Project: Double
dismantle drug syndicates.

Presidential Executive Order No. 04

Rehabilitation Centers Throughout

Rehabilitation Program
