- was established in 2010,

- is a Romanian legal entity
- of private law,
- of public interest,
- non-profit,
- non-governmental,
- apolitical,
- independent.
 HEADQUARTERS

- located in Buzău, a municipality

with 125.000 inhabitants;
- situated at 100 km from
Bucharest (the capitale);
- in Simileasca neighbourhood,
where are living more than
9.000 Roma people
- two offices of approx. 30
square meters;
- all necessary furniture,
equipments and utilities.
 MISSION

1. Supporting the sustainable

development of disadvantaged
communities at county, national
and European level;
2. Supporting the personal
development of people
belonging to vulnerable groups;
3. Supporting the personal
development of children and
youth with special skills and
aptitudes;
4. Promoting and encourage
tolerance, multiculturalism and
diversity in the multi-ethnic
communities;

- Increasing the level of

education among people
from vulnerable groups.

of the people with fewer

- Counseling in almost all
fields related to social
assistance;

rights and anti-discrimination;
- Evaluation of the professional
competences according the
procedure of FECBOP;
