2. Try to imagine if the event is yours, what
do you want?
3. Ask the users what they want?
4. Ask for the “tentative” schedule?

 Make sure you understand the nature of
the audience (background, number, their
dress, etc.)
 Try to research on the speakers.
 Spell out the name of the speakers
carefully
 If you need a collaboration with audience,
performers, users or speakers please
communicate what you need (to them).
 Don’t be intimidated by your audience.
