Business Case Goal Statement

To support the strategic initiative of improving
the lead time to reduce the customers waiting
time, retain its customers, increase customers
and to even grow, FeVer Beverages are being
driven and supported by the management.
To decrease Lead Process Time at FeVer
Beverages from 18.69 minutes to 15 minutes
which is 3.69 minutes improvements by the
end of July.

Problem Statement Project Scope

Lead process time at FeVer Beverages is at
18.69 minutes since May to July versus
business target of 15 minutes which is a gap of
3.69 minutes.
Primary Metric
This project will focus on the process of
making hot coffee and the factors affecting it
and how to improve the process in order to
achieve customer’s satisfaction.
