Working Condition Question

- Pi,f = 6.5k Travel deviation occurs and at that time,
- Pi,r = 5.5k Pf = 70k, Pr = 150k ..

Working Condition
-The operator wants to use “Rock Breaker (Hammer)”
-The machine is equipped with rock breaker piping like as the above circuit from factory.

-According to the specifcation chart of the rock breaker, we can know that
-the required flow to the breaker is about 150 liter/min
-Average acting pressure is 170 bar
-In order to protect the hydraulic components, the 150 lpm should be adjusted correctly.
-But the operator does not want to reduce engine speed to set the 150lpm because if then, all
other actuator speed will drop also..(Poor productivity.)
-Instead, the operator wants to run the machine at 1950 rpm @ power III mode.
-I don’t have any available flow meter to measure the discharged oil amount from pump.
-What I have is humble tools, spanner, L wrenches and pressure measuring gauge.

-How can I set the required oil flow using only humble tools and Pump performance curve?
-In other words, what will be the pressure value of C4 adjusted?

Problem

Both travel operation, left & right

travel deviation happens.
Right travel speed is poor.
At that time, left negacon is 6.5k,
while right negacon is 40k!
But boom up is operated together,
right negacon drops to 5k and rihgt
travel speed recovers.

of arm crowd + bucket crowd,
arm instantly stops at its vertical
position sometimes.
