KEY INSIGHTS

Sensitization with respect to neglect felt by

We had three conversions through our
elderly people, as a result of which they
approach who had expressed willingness to
long for an opportunity to
join/volunteer at COOJ
converse/engage with others

Some people are unaware about medical Due to past experiences where they have
conditions they suffer from, while some are invested and not gotten any return, they
aware but deny when asked have trust issues

We tried to find KOL doctors who could play

an important role in influencing the patient The entire assessment helped provide COOJ
and family members to join such with specific needs of the society and thus
organizations develop better programs
LEARNING
& EXPERIENCE
A sense of fulfillment to interact with seniors
who longed for company and the realization
of how much our own elders long for our
company

Nostalgia about times spent with our

grandparents/elderly relatives who are no
more with us/away from us

Regret for not being able to give our elders

enough time and reciprocate the love and
attention we have received from them in our
childhood
