An application for business permit begins with the filing with the
Bureau of Permits, City Mayor's Office, Manila City Hall. The
following documents ( original and photocopies) are required:
Taxpayers identification number (TIN), BIR-issued certificate of
Comment registration (COR") and a proof of payment of annual registration fees
paid to BIR. The Bureau then classifies the business and identifies the
agencies/units/offices whose endorsement/approval would be
required for the processing of the permit. The application would then
be forwarded to the appropriate agencies involved for their approval.
