Condenser enclosure is made of corrosion-resistant

alloy ensuring the long service life and appearance

decency. Adopts an external rotor axial fans design.

Noise level meets the requirement of environment

protection. According to different demands, users

can choose fan speed control function. Fan speed

controller can control fan speed of different

temperature to ensure good operation and energy

saving.

Unloading and hauling should adopt

mechanical handling tools as much as possible,

such as a belt or rope rings. Make sure the

equipment and package bearing neither large

pressure on top nor structure vibration. When

hauling, the inclination of the indoor unit

should be kept within 75°～105° range,

excessive tilt is not allowed, as shown in

Select the installation location:

Air conditioner installation location should be away from severe corrosive gas, flammable

gas or pipeline. Avoid places prone to noise and vibration. Try to shorten the length

between indoor and outdoor unit and choose place where is easy to do maintenance ,

ventilation and installation. Indoor air condition unit installation should take full account

of interior space and layout and make reasonable air distribution, flow. The outdoor unit

should not occupy hallways, stairs, exits and other public places and fire exits in the

building, should also consider environmental protection, the relevant provisions of the

cityscape, especially famous buildings and ancient architecture.

Installation bracket requirement:

Air conditioner installation bracket, in the design and processing,

material and structure load-bearing strength, corrosion resistance,

and easy installation and maintenance should be taken seriously in

order to make sure safe operation. But if it is used for chemical

corrosion medium, explosive medium, or special environmental

conditions like marine, ships, mines, etc., it should be consistent

with the corresponding national standards.

Bracket installation requirement:

Air conditioner bracket installation surface should be robust, with sufficient

load-bearing strength. Installation surface adopts reinforced concrete

structure and should be fixed by expansion bolt. When outdoor unit

installation wall is hollow brick material, should use longer lead screw

through walls to reinforce gasket. When installation surface load-bearing

strength is not enough, should take appropriate reinforcement, support and

shock absorption measures to prevent affecting the normal operation of air

conditioner or prevent causing any danger.

Indoor unit installation:

In installation, bracket should be installed before installing the floor

and fixed it to the concrete floor. To avoid shock, we recommend

that appropriate space should be left between the floor and the

bracket; An rubber shock pad should be added between the indoor

unit and the bracket. Down-flow model requires floor height of not

less than 350mm.The bracket should add the deflector.

Air cooled condenser installation:

（1）Condenser should be placed in a safe and easy-to-repair place

instead of public aisles or places with snow or water.

（2）To ensure adequate air flow, it is recommended that the

condenser should be installed in a clean place away from dust and

dirt area which may Clog the coils. In addition, condenser should not

be placed near steam, hot air or flue gas discharge source so as not to

affect the heat dissipation. Between condenser and wall or other

obstructions should be left with enough space.

Use of safety belt and safety rope:

You must use safety belts and ropes when

operating at high altitude. Before use,

carefully check for damage, the components

loss, loosening and other negative phenomena.

Should avoid swinging and collision in use. The

use of knot is not allowed. Safety rope of more

than 3 meters should be installed with safety

rope buffer.

Standard effective pipeline distance

should not be longer than 50 meters;

When the condenser is higher than the

indoor unit level, the height difference is

25m; When the condenser is lower than

the indoor unit level, the height difference

is 5m; If the pipeline longer than 28

meters, matching components should be

added; If it is more than 40 meters, shall

notify the manufacturer in advance to

make special arrangements. All pipelines

should be insulated with insulation

material.

Installation of connection pipe:

All pipe connections must be copper. Laying should be smooth vertical and horizontal.

Copper pipe and pipe fittings inside and outside should be kept clean and dry. Bend

radius should be greater than five times the radius of the corner. When pipe pass

through the wall or floor in the installation, casing should be added and tilt outward to

prevent water intrusion. welding joint should not be left in the casing and should be

blocked with insulated non-combustible material. Piping must be supported by

brackets or hangers. The max gap for pipeline of less than 25mm should be 1m; max

gap for pipeline of less than 40mm should be 1.5m and should consider the expansion

and contraction of copper pipe.

Welding of connection pipes:

Intubate the abutting pipes well and copper pipe unilateral gap is

0.05mm-0.15mm.

Welding of pipelines:

The copper pipe muff-coupling depth should be 15-20mm. Adjust the welding

temperature to 780 ℃ -860 ℃ neutral flame. Flame cast along the pipe to

ensure uniform heating within the cup-shaped mouth and near the 10mm

range. When the pipe and the cup is heated to welding temperature showing

dark red color, add solder from the other side of the flame. When the solder

is fully melted, slightly move the flame away to 40 mm-60mm range; add

solder to the other side, and so after the solder melts sufficiently, move

flame away. In welding, should adopt nitrogen protection, nitrogen flow

pressure maintained 0.05MPa; when welding, should wrap the welding parts

with wet cloth to avoid overheating and damage.

Pipe dirt blowing:

Pipe dirt blowing should be conducted before welding of indoor and outdoor unit. Mount

the pressure regulating valve on the nitrogen cylinder, respectively blow from the high

point of the place for gas pipe and liquid pipe. Open nitrogen regulation valve gradually

pressurized to 0.6MPa, armed with suitable sealing material against the copper pipe

mouth; When the pressure is increased until your hand can not press against any more,

suddenly release the nozzle (complete dirt blowing for first time; Repeat the above steps

repeatedly until no visual dirt exists. Repeat the above steps repeatedly blowing dirt, no

visual dirt qualified. After completion of dirt blowing should immediately do welding to

prevent dust, debris, water, gas and other re-enter.

Air tightness test :

After the completion of the pipeline welding ,should hold pressure test. R22

system should maintain pressure 2.4MPa for 24 hours; If there is no pressure

drop, then it means it is qualified. (Because the gas pressure varies with

temperature, about 0.01MPa change for 1 ℃ )If pressure drops, should do a

leakage test, and after that do a pressure test again

Conventional leak detection methods:

1、Listen: Listen to the sound of a large leak;
2、Touch: hand touch, feel for leaks;
3、 Soapy water: See if there are bubbles.

Humidifier water supply pipe, drainage pipe installation

1. Drainage: The instant max displacement of 4L/min, joint 32mm

with a random type angle and type 90 to be selected. Water

≤100℃.

2. Water supply: Instant max water supply 0.6L/min, pressure 0.1-

0.8MPa, joint 25mm faucet, length of 1.5m, the front end must be

installed with cut-off valve and filter. After the completion of

installation of the pipeline, keep water supply and drainage piping

system working about 30min to eliminate impurities in the

pipeline, to avoid clogging water valve.

Emptying operation:
Low pressure
High pressure

Before refrigerant charge, the system should do a emptying.

Pressure
Usually there are two kinds of emptying methods: self emptying and
gauge

vacuum pump emptying. To protect the environment, reduce waste,

protect air conditioning performance, we suggest vacuum pump

emptying. When emptying, the pressure gauge is connected to vacuum

pump; low pressure gauge connected to AC low pressure side; high

pressure gauge connected to AC high pressure side. Open all the valves

to do emptying. Emptying time should be 1.5 to 2 hours. After

completion of the emptying, close pressure gauge valve first, close the

vacuum pump secondly, too prevent air entering again.

Daily check

1 Check if the controller displayed temperature and relative temperature are in

conformity with the actual temperature.
2 Fans: Check if the fan motors works normally without abnormal noise.
3 Air filter: Check air filter status; Clean it or replace it if necessary.
4 Check the LED screen display unit and alarm working status of the control system.
5 Humidifier: check the steam humidification tank is scaling or not, if scaling, need to
remove the humidification tank for cleaning.
6 Refrigeration system：1）Check operation pressure；
2） Check compressor operating current, discharge pressure
and temperature, and if there is abnormal noise.

7 Outdoor condenser and outdoor fans:

Outdoor fans: Check fan rotation to see if there is any abnormal noise.
Outdoor condenser: Check if it is dirty or not. If dirty, should wash the coil by high
pressure water gun from top to bottom along the direction of the fins. During this
operation, should avoid damage to the coil.

Replacement of humidification barrel
Procedure for removing and installing humidification barrel:
1. Manually drain the water until water is completely drained;
2. Stop the A/C unit and switch off the power supply;
3. Pull off the steam delivery pipe on the humidification barrel;
4. Remove the main electrode wire connection, unplug the high water level
electrode connection;
5. Loosen the humidification barrel fix belt and lift it up to remove it;
6. The installation method is opposite to the disassembly method.

Important warning:
1. In the operation of the humidifier, must cut off the power supply in
advance;
2. The humidifier is likely to be hot, let it cool or wear protective gloves
before touch.
