pairs in order to create a chance for you to
practice your knowledge that you have
received in the previous semester.
In the first meeting
Practicing a simple conversation in terms of
showing room in the hospital.
The students are going to work in pairs.

How to give simple direction Showing a place or room
• Walk down • It is....
• Go straight this way.... On the left/right side of....
• Go up stairs... Next to...
• Take the elavator/lift Near...
• Until you find.... At the corner of.....
• Then turn right/left Just before.....
• take the third turn on the right
• At the end of the corridor turn left

In 2rd-3th meetings
The students are asked to do conversation with
their own pairs that relate to filling patient
admission forms.
One of them pretends to be a nurse and patient
as (in turn). In this activity, the one who will be a
nurse must provide patient admission form.

In 4th-5th meetings
Work in pair and perform the conversation about pain
assesment. Follow these following clues:
• Where is the pain?
• What type of pain
• and describe the pain!
Please consider some following medical problems below and
you may choose one of them to be presented:
• Severe migrain, Appendicitis, Broken elbow, Sinusitis, and
Hearth problem and other medical problems.

7th Meeting
Work in pairs and practice these following
instruction :
✓Check your patient vital signs like
temperature, pulse and blood pressure in
the same time

As you face midterm test, the score will

conversation with your pair from
meeting 2 to 7, such a report.
