INTRODUCTION

In ABM strand its most fundamental sense refers to the accountancy,


business, and management academic programs that concentrate on the
foundational concepts in corporate operations, financial management,
business management, as well as each and every factor that revolves
around those central fields. Entrepreneurship and Business
Mathematics are involved in the ABM strand are designed and crafted
for you develop the appropriate tools that you are going to utilize
all throughout your journey in the corporate world. Entrepreneurship
Education also provides a background for the teaching of academic
subjects giving those studies grounding in the real world.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

What is the correlation between the


General Average in Business
Mathematics and Entrepreneur subject
among grade 12 Accountancy and
Business Management (ABM) students
in Rogationist College SY 2018 – 2019?
HYPOTHESIS

Ho: There is correlation between the


General Average in Business
Mathematics and Entrepreneur subject
of the selected respondents.

Ho: There is no correlation between the


General Average in Business
Mathematics and Entrepreneur subject
of the selected respondents.
SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

This study was limited only to the Grade 12 ABM


students in Rogationist College. This is conducted
at Rogationist College during the school year of
2018-2019. The main focus of the study was to find
out correlation between the General Average in
Business Mathematics and Entrepreneur subject
of the selected respondents.
RESEARCH DESIGN

This study was carried out with a


descriptive survey. Descriptive research
methods are used when the researcher
wants to describe a specific behavior as
it occurs in the environment. There are
a variety of descriptive research
methods available, and once again, the
nature of the question that needs to be
answered drives which method is used
(Monroe College, 2011).
RESPONDENTS OF THE STUDY

The Grade 12 ABM students from


Rogationist College are the target
population of the study. There are a
total of 67 respondents all-in-all.
SAMPLING TECHNIQUE

The researchers able to gather data Grade 12


Accountancy Business And Management (ABM) strand
students of Senior High school in Rogationist
College with it’s total population of sixty
seven (67) participants who can represent this
study by their class number/s.
RESEARCH INSTRUMENT

To evaluate the correlation between the


General Average in Business
Mathematics and Entrepreneur subject
of the selected respondents, the
researchers distributed a survey.
STATISTICAL TREATMENT

The Pearson product-moment correlation


coefficient is a measure of the strength of
the linear relationship between two
variables. It is referred to as Pearson's
correlation or simply as the correlation
coefficient. If the relationship between the
variables is not linear, then the correlation
coefficient does not adequately represent
the strength of the relationship between
the variables.

In this Data it regards to the correlation


between the General Average in Business

(ABM) students in Rogationist College this
School year 2018-2019.

SUMMARY

The study was conducted for the purpose


of determining the correlation between
the general average in General
Mathematic and Entrepreneurship subject
of grade 12 Accountancy and Business
Management (ABM) students of Rogationist
College.
CONCLUSION

From the study that has been conducted, the general


average of their subject Business Mathematics and
Entrepreneurship of the grade 12 students from ABM
is not related to each other. We cannot conclude
that the higher the grade in Business Mathematics,
the higher the grades in Entrepreneur or the lower
the grade in Business Mathematics, the lower the
grades in Entrepreneur but still the students
should study very well in the both subjects for the
educational purposes and also it can serve as the
guide for their future.
