COMPANIES MISSION, VISION AND
GOALS

Mission is a general statement of

how you will achieve your vision.
Strategies are a series of ways of
using the mission to achieve
the vision. Goals are statements of
what needs to be accomplished to
implement the strategy. Objectives
are specific actions and timelines
for achieving the goal.
 A mission statement define a
company’s goals in three
important ways:

1. It defines what the company

does for its customers
2. It defines what the company
does for its employees.
3. It defines what the company
does for its owners.
A vision statement:

1. Stretches the imagination

while providing guidance and
clarity.
2. Helps inform direction and set
priorities while challenging
employees to grow.
3. Compels not just the high-level
executives of your company,
but to all employees.
