• In Islam, our body and health are considered as important gifts of
Almighty Allah.
• A person is said to be healthy if it meets the three elements of healthy
body, healthy spiritual and healthy social.
• Being active and to exercise is not only acceptable in Islam but also
recommended by the Prophet and the Imams (peace be upon them).
• From the Quran, it is also said that we have to feed our body based on
our needs, not greed.
