AMELOBLASTIC DENTINOMA

 In July 4,2005 ; a female patient, 14 years
old, came with chief complaint a mass on
her right cheek.

 Anamnesa : There’s a mass on her right

cheek since a year ago. Patient went to
Puskesmas ± 6 months ago, and was
given some medicine ( unknown ). Ever
since the mass became smaller.
 But 3 months ago the mass became larger
again. After that patient went back to
Puskesmas and then was referred to Oral
Surgery Department in RSHS.
 Physical Examination
 Consciousness : CM
 Respiratory : 24 x/m
 Pulse : 80 x/m
 BP : 100/80 mmHg
 Expression : calm
  Temperature : Sub febris
 Lymph : Unpalpated, no pain

Size : 7,5 x 6 x 3,5 cm
Surface : smooth
Characteristic : localized

Palate : pushed by the mass until mid line

Buccal : pushed by the mass

 To check the expansion of the mass
3 D CT-Scan

Conclusion : A mass on right os.maxillaris with

characteristics and expansion is
suspected as Ossyfing fibroma.
Mass description is not same with
ameloblastoma.
 What is the treatment planning ???
