INTRODUCTION:
The field of Artificial Intelligence has shown an upward trend of growth in 21st century. In this paper,
we explain Brick and mortar applications for the retailer to solve the problem (PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER
EXPERIENCE). The retailer can track the customer using REAL TIME LOCATION and GOOGLE API system and
helps to satisfy the needs of the customer in a customized manner. The customer gets connected with retailer
through an UNIQUE ID using WIRELESS NETWORK. Here CUSTOMER ANALYSIS PHASE begins as the
retailer will segregate the customer based on the sale to the particular customer as (Regular, New and Rare
customers), accordingly provide reward to the customers. The customer feels a comfortable purchase zone by
knowing the status availability of products and price using ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-MACHINE
LEARNING. CLOUD STORAGE is used to store the real time data of the customer. The Retailer will gain profit
by satisfying the customer’s needs. In addition Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Augmented and Virtual Reality
are also included to deploy the application.

All we know is that the backbone of country’s economic growth is purely
based on the retail stores profit.For years now, traditional retail stores have been
under attack.The use of AI may cause drastic change in the field of brick and mortar
store and overcome certain challenges Inability to recognize walk-in customers
,Inaccessibility to customer information/history,Lack of in-store
personalization,Retailers using their rewards/customer data solely for their own
benefit,Retailers maintaining exclusive control over said data and not sharing it across
the community.
