 ABSTRACT

 This application is to enforce the emerging technologies to

enhance and enrich the current education system,since
education technology in India has been developing in recent
years.
 The methodology of this work is to develop an android based
mobile application.
 The result of this application is useful for the organization to
maintain the student details.

 INTRODUCTION

 This application performs basic functionalities such as adding

student to each class/ department, save notes , make schedules for
classes ,to view attendance percentage and to calculate CGPA.
 This application will allow the teacher to maintain the record of
each student.
 It is to replace the manual model of attendance record keeping by
means of roll call and paper records.
 The roll call and paper records are replaced with the interaction
between the staff , student and S-Assistant application.

 EXISTING SYSTEM

• Faculties are marking the attendance directly in the paper and

post them as data entry in server manually.
• The whole activities are stored in the database at the end of the
semester or session report will be generated by needful
manner.
• The existing system is not user-friendly because the retrieval
of data is very slow.
• Even there are several applications available but it doesn’t
contain all the features in a single application.
• The current system consumes more time.

 PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The application contains five modules for performing specific

tasks.
 These modules can be viewed separately.
 There are n number of faculty members handling different
subjects.
 Each faculty will have multiple classes and interaction with the
system will occur multiple times throughout the day.
 It will help them to view, edit and add data at any desirable
time.
 This application can be accessed with the internet connection
anytime and anywhere.
