College Research Tool

ABSTRACT

• Creating and managing an college research tool where college

students and faculties can post and read various articles, thus
promoting literary insight. Articles can be searched by
anybody in the world. Articles to be distributed in categories
and can overlap two or more categories.
• Articles to be associated with suitable tags by the registered
users at the time of posting, so that they are searchable. For
every six months declare the best article based on the
comments given by the different users. Guests can read articles
rate them and comment on them but they can’t post articles
unless they sign in as registered users. College
Students/Faculties can only register as members (through
unique IDs).
 EXISTING SYSTEM

• In existing system it has less storage data and manually it is

difficult to manage the all requirements. Here time consuming
is more and performance is less.

• In fact, technology has been integrated into the articles

processes throughout the years due to the fact it provides
amazing articles that facilitate learning. On the other hand,
students find it easier to keep up with college with many tools
they can use to research, learn, and organize. benefits of
articles also extend to helping students navigate across
campuses and access event schedules, school directories, or to
find their way around a university or college they attend.

Student:

• Student can login with their credentials like user name,

password, mobile no, address, college name etc. Student can
view his profile, post articles and view articles.

Faculty:

• Faculty can login with their credentials like user name,

password, mobile no, address, college name etc. Faculty can
view his profile, post articles and view articles.
Guest:
• Guest can login with their credentials like user name,
password. He can view all articles and read articles and give
rating and comments.
Moderators:
• Moderator can login with their credentials like user name,
password. He can also view all articles and read articles and
give rating and comments.
Admin:
• Admin can login with their credentials like user name,
password. He can view students and view faculties and view
articles.
