Statement of the Problem
This study was attempted to analyze The Credibility and Safety of
Online Store: A New Venture for 21st Century Shoppers specifically, it
seeks to answer the following:
1. What is the level of trust rating of the 21st century shoppers and seller
on the safety features and services of an online store?
2. What is the level of trust rating of the 21st century shoppers and seller
on the credibility features and services of an online store?
3. Is there any significant difference in the level of trust rating of the 21st
century shoppers and seller between the safety features and
credibility features of online store?
4. What are common problems that buyers encounter when buying in
an online store?
CHAPTER III
Research Method
 For this study, the research used is quantitative approach.
Quantitative method is compatible in this study because it allows
research problem to be conducted in a very specific and set terms.
Descriptive design was also used in this study, to describe the status
of a variable or phenomenon.
Population Frame and Sampling Scheme

researchers created a

Total 80 from Marikina City by
using Slovin Formula.
DISCUSSION
1. The level of trust rating of the 21st century shoppers and seller on the safety features
and services of an online store.
The level of trust rating of the 21st century seller in the safety features are
higher than the level of trust rating of the 21st century shopper. The
Composite Mean of Buyer is 3.32 that has Verbal Interpretation of Strongly
Agree while Seller Composite Mean is 4.00 that has Verbal Interpretation
Strongly Agree, in a total Composite Mean of 3.66 in Verbal Interpretation of
Strongly Agree.
2. The level of trust rating of the 21st century shoppers and seller on the credibility
features and services of an online store.
The level of trust rating of the 21st century seller in the credibility features
are higher than the level of trust rating of the 21st century shopper. The
Composite Mean of Buyer is 3.51 that has Verbal Interpretation of Strongly
Agree while Seller Composite Mean is 4.04 that has Verbal Interpretation of
Strongly Agree, in a total Composite Mean of 3.77 in Verbal Interpretation of
Strongly Agree.
3. Significant difference in level of trust rating of the 21st century shoppers and
seller between the safety features and credibility features of online store.
The researchers reject the null hypothesis because there is no
significant difference in the level of trust rating of the 21st century
shoppers and seller between the safety features and credibility
features of online store.
4. The common problems that buyers encounter when buying in an online
store.
The common problems that most of the buyers’ encounter is
the condition of the product and the product itself.
Communication is important it is the connection between the
buyer and seller, if it’s not ok, then the transaction may fail.
CONCLUSION

1. The researchers conclude that the online seller is


more confident and trust the online store than the
online buyer.
2. The researchers conclude that the online buyer buy
at the secured and has a good features online store of
an online seller.
3. The researchers conclude that the credibility and
safety of online store is very important for all of the
online user even buyer and seller.
4. The researchers conclude that there are lots of
problems that buyers in an online stores encounter that
their safety depends on it.
RECOMMENDATION
1. The researchers recommend to those online buyers
to more aware of their safety when buying in online store.
The online buyer must know their rights when it come in
buying in an online store.
2. The researchers recommend to the online sellers to
improve their online features and information so that the
online buyer will trust them. The information that is shown
to their online store must active and legitimate.
3. The researchers recommend to online buyer and
online seller to always check the credibility and safety of
an online store.
4. The researchers recommend to the online buyers that
they must always check the online sellers’ information to
ensure their money and their safety.
