Introduction
 The Royal Malaysian Police Force (PDRM) is one of the oldest organizations
in Malaysia that has reached the age of 198 in providing services to the
community. It is a security and law enforcement organization in charge of
domestic peace, which involves all criminal, traffic, narcotics, intelligence
gathering and safeguarding waters or national boundaries (PDRM).
 It can be concluded that the core business of the PDRM organization is to
enforce the law and to safeguard the life or property of the people of this
country. In this regard, to mobilize the PDRM organization in providing a
good and excellent service to the community in line with the Friendly, Fast
and Correct Policing slogan, the task of PDRM is very tough.
Introduction
 Lack of facilities can cause contributors to incompetence of police
officers and at the same time fail to provide good service to the
community. In addition, inefficient facility management not only
interferes with organizational activities, but also increases the cost of
managing and repairing expenses.
 In addition, the poor management of the facility also causes the PDRM
image to be affected. For example, poor vehicle management allows
all activities related to the traffic section to be interrupted and can
not run smoothly. Sufficient facilities will provide users with the help
of organizing organizational activities. The success of an organization
depends on adequate facilities and can be used properly.
Statement Of Problem
 As a large organization with service-centricity. many complaints are voiced by
the public, as customers to the services provided by the police. Significantly
developing countries have forced the police to change the function from time
to time without running away from its original goal as a service-oriented
organization.
 In the early stages of the establishment of a modern PDRM organization, the
police were regarded as the organization responsible for law enforcement and
teaching citizens in the country to comply with the rules and regulations for
the well-being of the people and national security.
 Its function also changes when the country starts to develop, where the
function of members and police forces change and enforce laws to safeguard
the national security. In this study, the focus will be on the need of the
Department of Investigation and Traffic Enforcement in providing good service
to customers.

Literature Review
 The quality of service is generally defined as the quality of customer
perceptions, which emphasizes individual ratings on the value of services
offered (Gummesson, 1994).
 The Royal Malaysian Police are the main enforcement agencies of the country
(Mohamed Sazif & Venugopal, 2011). The police are the security guards for
the community and they are responsible for maintaining and preserving peace
and order from domestic threats.
 The responsibility is not limited to maintaining peace-only humanity but also
involving natural disasters where police are the key agencies required to
respond (Salmah, 2009).
 Gronroos (1982; 1983) describes the perceptions of service quality as a
distinction between the quality of service that is provided with the quality of
service received.
Literature Review
 Strict enforcement of traffic is known to be a major factor in the reduction of
road accidents (Adler et al., 2012; Kratcoski & Das 2002; Transport & Council
1999).
 The task of tiring traffic members in uncomfortable conditions due to the
changing weather and the need to deal with various human beings is a very
stressful task and test the patience (Kirkcaldy et al., 1998; Johnson 2010;
Villa & Kenney 2002 ; Sobol 2010; Deb et al. 2008; Kratcoski & Das 2002).
 Work pressure is a negative manifestation in today's work environment and is
a key issue amongst employees. The pressure experienced by a worker is
usually associated with work environment, workload, work-life challenges and
improved living standards (Yozgat et al, 2013).
 While Bernard Williams Associates, (1994) explains that "facility management
is a process in which the organization delivers and retains additional services
in a quality environment by utilizing the appropriate cost to meet the needs
of the organization.
