Abstract
Acti time- manage project scope-assign task-track time and analyze business
performance .
Acti time - thousand of companies- from startup –big companies- in their daily
operations.
Companies with hourly-paid workers-contractors- benefit -simplified record keeping
a- pay calculations.
Introduction
 Acti time -web based application- time tracking software - track customer
projects, tasks -time spend by individual users.

 Time track - detail report - detailed timesheet information including user


comments on the report time.

 Data available in report depends on user permissions and assigned scope.


Manager can run this report on their assigned team, while regular users see
their working hours.

Track customer, projects, tasks, time spend by individual users in a

from timesheet page without the need to access separate interface.

Modules : We have two main modules that is Admin module and


User module

Admin module : Admin module is used to create


manager.
Manager module : Manager(TM) is used to create user and give
permissions to the user, in this module we can also create customers,
project and task, assign the task to the user, enter the time track to the user
and modify the time track, generate the reports of the task.
