HISTORY
 Atlas Honda Limited is a public listed company which was
incorporated on October 16, 1962

 Atlas Honda Limited is a public listed company which was incorporated on


October 16, 1962. It is a joint collaboration between Honda Motor
Company Limited Japan, the largest and most reputed motorcycle brand in
the world, and Atlas Group, one of Pakistan’s most renowned business
conglomerates. The Company is principally engaged in progressive
manufacturing and marketing of motorcycles and spare parts. Atlas Honda
Limited is the largest motorcycle manufacturer in Pakistan with the
strongest brand value and highest customer loyalty. The Company is
considered a pioneer of motorcycle industry in the country and has been
leading two wheeler market successfully for over 50 years.

CONCLUSION
 We conclude that the human resource department of Atlas
Honda is fairly strong and good. The process of recruitment in
Atlas Honda is very good for both internal recruiting and
external recruiting.
 The appraising system of Atlas Honda is also very good and they
are checking the performance to the employee and given them
training if they need.
 There are certain gaps in human resources management of Atlas
Honda. Low attention is paid to HRM department by upper level
management.
 There is lack of human resources planning, lack of recruiting
activities lack of job analysis, compensation and reward system is
not very much attractive and employees are not well motivated
in Atlas Honda.
RECOMENDATIONS
 Job analysis should be conducted in a more effective manner to
know what are the jobs needed in the organization.
 Compensation and reward system should be raised to a higher
level in order to let the employees be motivated and happy.
 There should be little compensation for trainees so they can
fulfill their day to day travelling and food expenses.
 There is a need of skilled workers. The skilled labor will not
improve the efficiency but also will improve effectiveness. The
chances should be given to skilled workers to enter the
organization.
