There are two types of installation of meter in SAP software: Billing related and Technical installation Billing related enables device to be attached to all parameters required to start billing (initial reading, Reading date, Meter notes) Technical installation of device is carried out so that maintenance activities can be done. i.e device is attached to customer premise or to device location Steps 1. New connection service order(SO) is created from CRM 2. A. If the sanction load is <150kva the CSC MMG is responsible for requesting & installation of meter B. If the sanction load is >150kva the regional DCOM is responsible for requesting & installation of meter 3. Goods issued against the SO (migo) 4. Once the goods are issued the SO form will be printed 5. Meter installation form needs to be submitted back to store with all details & user status will get updated in SO Device installation In SAP 1. Get installation order from CRM 2. Goods issued through migo • 3. View Meter installation order form: Go to Change Installation order → Release order and print preview (T-code iw32>Click Order > Print > Order ) 4. Full Installation: Go to Display Installation order → Enhancement and installation (T-code iw33>click enhancement > enter the date of installation in the format DD.MM.YYYY(press F4)> click install Meter>anther windows will pop up enter the mandatory field (Activity reason, Meter reading, meter reading note)>click save 5. Meter installation form needs to be submitted back to store with all details & user status will get updated in SO
