 Planning
• A lot of planning and thought process was involved in the planning of our mela
because we made all the stuffs ourselves using our best chefs present in Dexters.
• Our expense for raw materials was very basic as we made almost everything
ourselves at the Counters.
• 25% of the stuff like the ragda used for Choti Bhook(canopy chat), marinated
chicken and paneer for Tiffin Box(chicken/paneer chilli) was homemade because
from the start we had the idea of having a Live Counter for all our dishes.
• Even for our Mad over dessert(Choco Mousse Cake) mousse and chocolate cake
was only prepared at home. We assembled the dessert here.
Promotions/Decorations
◦ We tried to make our Menu Card a little innovative
by writing the menu on a chartpaper, but to keep it
secret it was kept encrypted and only when it was
ben read using the red glass could be seen.
◦ Also the items were made from our old decoration
items that we used during Diwali,Christmas cubicle
decorations.

 Preparations
◦ Chocotopia:
◦ For our M.O.D(Choco Mousse Cake),only mousse and chocolate cake was
prepared at home. We assembled the dessert with cake, mousse, whipped
cream, oreo biscuit ,choco chips and choco stick here on our floor in office
just before the Mela started.
◦ Chemical Locha:
◦ As per the name we tried to create a chemical reaction using Guava Juice,
Lemon Juice and Lime Soda to make the Sip-O-Mania (Guava Chilli Mix).
◦ Nuclear Jhol:
◦ Canopi Chat was prepared using ragda, onion, tomato, corn, pomegranate,
green chutney, imli chutney, loads of cheese and sev. All the chopping of
onion, tomato, coriander and grating of cheese was done on our floor in
office.
◦ Atomic Tadka:
◦ Only the chopping of vegetables was done on our floor, while the chilli Tadka
was been prepared on the spot and been served to customers as per
demand(paneer/chicken Chilly).

Game Stall
◦ Koyba – It was purposely kept , keeping in mind our Theme(bachFun 2.0) so as
we could relive our childhood memories.
◦ Loop-wire game – This was specifically designed as per us being Diligent , so
we designed and devised a game which required concentration and mental
calmness.
◦ Also, the winners of the game were being rewarded with Sip-o-Mania juice as a
prize.
 Execution
◦ All in all it was a very
successful event for us as this
mela required the real team
work and got the same .
◦ Our Food stall was always jam
packed thanks to our chefs.
◦ Games were also great we
relived the moments from our
childhood everyone loved it.
◦ We even had a little extra food
food which was leftover which
we donated to the poor people
so that no food was wasted at
the end.
