Guided history :

A 14 years female patient presented to Salewangang Maros Hospital with

complaints of watery eyes since 1 week ago accompanied by red eyes. The
patient also feels blurred vision (+), and blocks both eyes, pain in both
eyes (+), her eye droppings are slight, eyes often flicker and glare when
seeing light. Initially, when she woke up the patient feel that something
had entered in her eyes and then rubbed eyes. History pastient wearing
glasses (-), There was no history of fever before.

History of Disease :
Patients have never experienced a complaint like this before.
History of Medicine :
She had previously been treated at a health center and was given C. Xitrol
eye drops.
