Activity 2 : Video Call Meeting

Subject : Ch.15 Virtual Team & Ch.16. Spoken communication electronically transmitted
Aim : Give real experience in virtual team activity
Detail : Each of us will do video call with 1 team and trying to deliver a message. After
this exercise, the participant require to list down the plus and minus of doing video call
meeting.

Activity 3 : Task Communication

Subject : Ch.15 Group Dynamics & Ch.16.Communication Network & Face to Face Meeting
Aim : To give clear differentiation on each type of group and it’s communication style
Detail : We will distribute the information within the group, and evaluate whether all the
participant has the same level of understanding towards the given information. At the end,
the participant needs to speak up on which kind of group type/communication type that
have more advantages.
