• CINT was established in June 15th 1978

• CINT is engaged in manufacturing,

especially furniture

• CINT is located on Jalan Industri III No. 5

Utama, Cimahi, Jawa Barat

• CINT has marketed its products to various

regions in Indonesia and can be found
throghout the country

 Filling

Filling means keeping documents in a safe place and being

able to find them easily and quickly. PPIC Dept. use
alphabetical and chronological system.
 Make Report on Receipt
of Goods

Report on receipt of goods is a document made as proof of

receipt of goods from a supplier or subcontractor. This
document is used as one of the payment terms from Chitose.
 Make Internal Cover
Letter

Internal cover letter is divided into two, transfer and

movement. The division is made based on the type of goods
released from the warehouse. Transfer for the main raw
materials and movement for non-primary raw materials.
 Make External Cover
Letter

In external cover letter there is no distinction between

movement and transfer. Item issued are intended for
subcontractor who work with Chitose.
 Make A Memo

The function of memo is as a cover letter for goods returned

to suppliers or subcontractor. The memo also functions as a
delivery letter for goods that are not in stock.
 Handling Telephone

Daily activities at PPIC are related to internal and external

Chitose. Telephone is used to facilitate communication.
