1. Received shipping document from consignee.
2. Tracking cargo through Liner.
3. Received Notice of Arrival (NOA).
4. Tax Invoice.
5. Inward Manifest.
6. Open “Job SOVY” application.
7. Key into “My Cargo” application.
8. Payment local charges.
9. Customs clearance.
10. CTOS request at Port Traffic Unit.
11. Apply gate pass from Port Traffic Unit.
12. Cop/Liner.
13. Container request.
14. Pick up by Haulage.
15. Billing process.
16. Submit to customers for payment.
EXPORT FORWADING
1. Booking.
2. Container Dispatch Advice (CDA) (known as CN).
3. Given to driver.
4. Pick up container by haulage.
5. Invoice.
6. Packing List.
7. History container.
8. K2
9. Key in into “My Cargo” Application.
10. Integrated Shipping Document (ISD).
11. Customs.
12. Approval by Customs.
13. Port Document clearance.
14. Check CTOS or CTOS PLUS (port only).

HAULAGE MANAGEMENT
(IMPORT)
1. Generate Container Despatch Advice (CDA) in Sovy
Logistics System.
2. Send to driver to Pick-up.
3. Key in into CTOS.
4. Port released container.
5. Send Laden to Customer.
6. Collect Container Despatch Advice (CDA) to return
container empty to yard allocated.
7. Fill up Borang Bonus Perjalanan (BBP).
8. Submit BBP and CDA by driver to admin.
9. Sign by supervisor.
10. Approval by hand.
11. Invoicing.
HAULAGE MANAGEMENT
(EXPORT)
1. Received Booking Confirmation via email.
2. Container request. - Customer
3. Prepare Request of Transport (ROT). – Walk In Customer
4. Generate Container Dispatch Advice (CDA) in Sovy Logistic System.
5. Send driver to pick up . – Allocated DEPOH
6. Depot released container. – Release CDA to be send to customer.
7. Collecting on container once stuffing done.
8. Collect CDA.
9. Key in into CTOS.
10. Send container to Port/Yard.
11. Fill up Borang Bonus Perjalanan (BBP).
12. Submit BBP/CDA to office.
13. Sign by supervisor.
14. Approval by hand.
15. Invoicing.
