BLENDED BRAKE

**Blended Brake is available only in

PASSENGER Locos.
**When BP is dropped up to 0.5
Kgcm2(MIN) Loco Brakes also comes
into action along with Formation Air
Brake.
**When BP is dropped beyond 0.5
kgcm2 to 1.8 KgCm2(MIN—FS)
Dynamic Brake also comes into
action along with formation brake
and Loco Brake.
**As and when the BP is
recharged to 4.7Kgcm2 DB
releases and Loco Brakes
comes into action
proportionately.
**No Blended Brake is available
in Emergency position of Auto
Brake.
** In case Blended Braking is
malfunctioning isolate it with the
help of Blended Braking Cut-Out
Slider Switch on ECC-1.
