About the Training
• 2 DAY WORKSHOP
Day 1:
• On the job Training : Planning and Budgeting 8 am to 11am
• Job Instruction Training: Organizational Communication 1 pm to 2pm
Day 2:
• Behavioral Modelling: Employee Engagement from 9 am to 10:30 am

• Differentiate and determine the techniques and the 4 processes should a leader use to
his/her employees
DAY 1: Budgeting
Training Objectives:
• Define the importance of Budgeting in the organization.
• Produce and manage budgets more efficiently and effectively - this vital activity will take less
time and resources and deliver better results.
• Go beyond budgeting with new innovative techniques and ideas to radically improve your
organizations performance.
• Take away tools, models, ideas and analysis methods which you can easily pass on to your
colleagues to bring wider improvements in your organization.
