laboratory manifestations
• Proteinuria (+ + / + + +)
• Increased creatinine
• Increased uric acid
• Impaired liver function
• Increased hematocrit
• Thrombocytopenia
• Increased PT and PTT
• Microangiopathic hemolytic anemia
