reading some facts about the applicant. If you are someone
who is looking for a job, you know how hard it is to sell
yourself by just writing facts about yourself without any
interaction. There is now a way to make finding a job and
finding someone for a job in a fun, interactive way. Do you
think there is a better way than just applying online or
turning in your resumes at companies?

Narration:A company can post wanted ads on their
page. Create the culture of their company on their page,
and they can search the job position their looking for
and qualified people will be prompted. The recruiter will
have access to the job seekers page and job seeker will
have access to the companies’ page. The recruiter can
either message the job seeker or the job seeker can
message the recruiter.

Narration: Companies are getting use to the idea of using social media
as a recruiting site. Especially websites like Linkedin, FaceBook, and
Twitter. According to Business News Daily, an article written by Saige
Driversays “70 percent of employers use social media to screen
candidates during the hiring process, and about 43 percent of employers
use social media to check on current employees”. If companies have
already used it to do background check on new employers and
employees, the transition is not a lot.
