If you need to unpair your device in case of Stolen device, Replaced device, Formatted device you can use the easy way to
automatically unpair your device through 2929IT
• Connect to 2929IT to be able to open a ticket • Enter a business justification (e.g. lost phone, unpair…)

• Search for option ‘PingID Mobile Pairing-Unpair Device’ and Hit on ‘Need to Request’
• After 30 seconds your device will be automatically
