Problem Statement
• Today most of the restaurants in the world is facing the
most critical problem of not getting the quality service.
• It is usual in any Pakistani restaurant to observe

• Humans Waiter service Consumes more time.
• Due to lack of employers, the employers become
puzzled and are unable to manage the proper service
which is necessary to be provided to the customers.
Literature Review
• Tan-Hsu Tan [1] in his research constructed an
intelligent e-restaurant system using RFID, WLAN,
database technologies, and a menu recommender to
offer customer-centric service to enhance customer
service quality and to improve restaurant.
• Rupali Saple [2] in his research proposed that the
customer’s can take their refreshment by pressing the
buttons, where using the black line following technique
the robot reaches the customer’s table.
• When customers on their table simply press a button
to order. On switching the button a LED at the receiving
side will make the robot to move to his destination.

• M.Asif [3] in his research proposed that the menu bar
is based on the LCD, Keypad and the Bluetooth
module. The customer places the order using
electronic menu bar. This order is sent to the kitchen
and reception using communication network. The
waiter robot then transfers food from the kitchen to
the customer.
• Neeti Malik, Neetu Rani, Alpana Singh, Pratibha, Srishti
Pragya [4] in his research proposed that the customer
can gave orders via Mobile App.In Mobile App, the list

Advantages
• As we see the robots are increasingly becoming the
part of everyday life and the use of Serving Robot can
be extending to various functional purposes.
• The traditional way of serving consist of a human
waiter, who goes around the customer asking for the
order. The main drawback of traditional human waiter
is that it is very time consuming and employing a
human can cost more as he need to be paid for his
service.
• Using the robotic waiter in the restaurant makes the
restaurant attractive, advanced and cost effective.
Cont…
• Such types of robot system can also work in different
areas of human societies like hospitals, libraries and
restaurants with small change in programming areas.
• The maintenance cost of Robotic Cafe is negligible so it
is very cost effective.
• The Robotic Café is a new and innovative kind of
restaurant which can attract millions of minds and
whole idea is self-generated.
