1. Make a HSE report and analyze statistic data of
incident and accident.
2. Check the equipment, worker, health of worker
and work environment.
3. Enactive worker work appropriate as in SOP.
4. Do a preventive incident and accident in work
area and investigate the cause.
5. Promote HSE and safety communication (safety
meeting, safety sign) to worker.

3. Incident Form from HSE office is filled.
4. All the data is rechecked.
5. The form is given to HSE office sub incident and accident prevention.

2. Data statistic of incident and accident is made suitable with
determined time normally one period.
3. Cause of incident and accident is analyzed.
4. Recomendation of incident and accident prevention is given.
5. Data statistic is reported and given to management team.

2. Checklist form tool condition is taken
3. PPE is used before checking equipment
4. License is given to officer.
5. Equipment is checked in tool condition checklist
6. Documentation is taken.
7. Documentation is Attached in checklist form.
8. The result of tool checklist is reported to tool
maintenance unit.
 Ensure Worker to Work
Appropriate as in SOP.

1. SOP is made to worker in every part of occupation.

2. The importance of SOP in working is educated to
worker.
3. Regulations is dealed by HSE and worker when they
dont work like in SOP.
4. Monitoring and controlling is checked regulary.
5. Evaluation every periode is held.
 Do a Preventive Incident in
Work Area.
1. Risk assasement and environment is measured to
know it’s already fulfill the standart or not.
2. unsafe condition in workplace is monitored to
decrease the risk from every job.
3. Training and education of safety is given to worker
as a basic information to work safely in workspace.
4. Facilities and infrastructure of safety is provided in
workplace.
5. Reward and punishman for safety application is
given to trigger the worker to make safety in
working is a priority.
 Promote HSE and Safety
Communication (Safety Meeting,
Safety Sign) to Worker.

1. Promotion is planned in small committee.

2. Promotion needs is recognized.
3. Priority of promotion program is determined.
4. Promotion program is held.
5. Effectifity of promotion program is evaluated and
reported to management team.
6. Evaluation result is Improved to get a better promotion
in next period.
