PREPARATION

Evaluation and supervision of M1 (Man) in Bona 2

room was prepared from 29 April - 01 May 2019. The
implementation was carried out on 7 - 19 May 2019.
Supervision and renewal was carried out by calculating
the needs of nurses based on the methods of Douglas,
Gillies, and Depkes RI in patients at Bona 2 RSUD Dr.
Soetomo Surabaya and calculating workload with the
Time Motion Study method.
 IMPLEMENTATION

• Calculation of nurses needs of the Gillies method and the Depkes RI and
the totally of BORs in patients at Bona 2 Room RSUD Dr. Soetomo on 7-19
May 2019.
• So according to the two methods, the comparison between the mean BOR
and nurses is not balanced. So that it is necessary to add Nurses at Bona 2
Hospital Dr. Soetomo.
