STRAMA Paper:

3. 3. Organization/s where you had your internship/OJT –
familiarity with the core operations or business model and ease
to schedule an interview
4. 4. Established firm (w/in 3 years)

b. External Analysis
- Identifying external factors that are related to the
main character

At the end of External Analysis, you should have


identified your Opportunities and Threats

3 Levels of External Analysis:


 Macro Level
 Industry Level
 Market Level
POLITICAL – The King is planning to change the traditional way of arranged
marriage for hisnson, the Prince.. And because of the modernity of times,
he is rumored to execute a decree on this.

ECONOMIC – The Net worth of the Royal family is projected to increase by 5%


annually for the next 3 years

SOCIAL/CULTURAL – A new trend in neighboring kingdoms about a royal blood


marrying ordinary citizen - and it is being accepted by the society

TECHNOLOGICAL – Social Networking Sites are being used by the royals in


searching their future husbands/ wives
 The population ratio of women to men in the 25-30 years old
bracket is 4:1.. In short, every 5 people aging 25-30 years old in the
kingdom, there are 4 women. And among the 4, 50% belongs to the
middle to lower income class families.

 According to kingdom profiling group, in the STRAMA kingdom, 50


royals are still unwed, only 25% are males and the rest are females.

At the end of Internal Analysis, you should have identified your

- Rate each factor based on its importance. 100 as
the most important, 0 the least

- Rate each factor as 4 = a major strength, 3 =
minor strength, 2 = minor weakness and 1 = major
weakness
d. Formulate some Strategies
- 10 minutes

e. How and when are your going to implement


the strategies you came up?
- Determine the Peso Value of each strategy
i.e. How much are you going to spend for
each strategy e.g. Training = Php
- 10 minutes
f. Evaluate your strategies using Benchmarking
ex. Php (salary), age, position vis a vis age,
etc. (Refer to your Vision and Mission)
- State your warning signs that your
strategies formulated are not working
