FLINTSTONES INSPIRED HOME IN MALIBU
Television legend Dick Clark is selling his one-of-a-
kind residence in Malibu for $3.5 million. The single-
story structure with it’s rocky interior looks just like
the home of Fred and Wilma from the classic 60′s
cartoon.
This real-world version of the Flintstones’ home has
one bedroom and two bathrooms, a fireplace and
several large glass windows offering views of city lights
and sunsets as well as Serrano Valley, the Boney
Mountains, the Channel Islands and the Pacific Ocean.
Unfortunately, animal appliances are not included in
the deal.
LIVING ROOM
 The living room is bright. It has a superb view of the ocean, and a lot of greenery
can be seen around. In the middle of the room we have a coffee table, next to the
armchairs and a white sofa. The walls, of course, look like those of the
Flintstones family. There is even a TV in the room, and the plants are
indescribable. To bring more warmth to the house, lots of pillows with different
models have been laid.
DINING ROOM
 The dining room is as bright and spacious as the living room due to
the large windows . In the middle of the room we have a large
stone table that represents the stone age very well. There are 4
regular chairs around the table.
KITCHEN
 Kitchen furniture is also made of stone, but it looks exactly like a
normal kitchen. The windows in the kitchen are smaller, but very
appealing. There is of course a tap, which means that this house
has all the utilities.
BEDROOM

 The bedroom looks very comfortable. The bed is large, covered with
pillows, and on the other side we have bedside tables, all made of
stone. On the bedside lights are the lamps. The bedroom
communicates with the living room through a window.
BATHROOM
 Just like in the kitchen, there are some small windows in the
bathroom that have a great view. Everything is made of stone,
except for the taps.
 This house is superb and we think it would be suitable for those
who want to know how life was in the Stone Age (excluding
running water, electricity and furniture).
A LUXURIOUS HOUSE IN FRENCH RIVIERA
 The villa, which benefits from a private beach, a rare feature for the area, is set
within grounds which offer havenly relaxation and which are equipped with
sun-beds, shower facilities and a hammam with a glass wall, perfect for enjoying
the stunning sea views.

 Internally this spectacular villa comprises of: spacious 200 square metres
reception area with a living room with fireplace, TV salon, dining area and a
fully fitted and equipped kitchen. All rooms face the south and open onto an
expansive terrace, outdoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, relaxation area and a
beautiful gazebo for outside dining. There are also seven king size bedrooms
with spacious en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms and access to a private
terrace. The villa also includes an office with en-suite shower room and toilet;
home cinema; spa; spacious wine cellar and a gym on the top floor overlooking
the sea. The two fitted kitchens (on the main and lower levels respectively), offer
independent access to the dedicated personnel area with a dining room, dressing
room, shower and a restroom.
 The villa costs 32,000,000 euros.
UNUSUAL HOUSES
 The Hobbit House in Wales
This house sure makes for some delightful photographs! Making it less of a surprise
that a photographer is responsible for creating this house. With some help from his
father-in-law, he was able to build this house using all natural materials and only $5,200.
His goal was to create a living space that resembled the Lord of the Rings for he and his
family to live, within 4-short months the dream was a reality.
 Home On The Rock
Who needs a whole island when you can build a house right on
top of a rock?! This unique home is located in Serbia.
 Brooklyn Clock Tower Home
This is one unique, and pricey apartment located In Brooklyn’s Clock Tower
building. The lavish 7,000 square foot pent house overlooks Manhattan,
Brooklyn, and Queens offering up some of the most amazing views in all of New
York City. Interested? The price tag reads $18 million dollars.
LUXURY DOGS HOUSES
 The Canine Hilton
You are looking at the world’s most extravagant puppy palace owned by none
other than Paris Hilton. The $325,000 doghouse is a mini version of Paris’ own
mansion. The house is two stories, features a juliet balcony, clay tile roof, copper
gutters, and custom light fixtures.
 Ranch House + Doggie Pool
This here is a slice of canine americana. A beautiful ranch style dog home made
of real, high-quality lumber and stone siding. I love the bone decoration on the
storm shutters. Real fine work! Of course, no doghouse is complete without a
private doggie pool for summertime lounging. This thing is pawsome! And in the
winter, the pups can enjoy an ice skating rink.
