This conceptual framework asserts that
teachers experienced different challenges in
the field of teaching such as Teacher’s
Competence, Economic Aspect, Relationship
with Colleagues, Responsibilities and Students
Preparedness. Despite these, challenges
teachers find different coping mechanisms like
in Teacher’s Competence where teachers are
sent to seminars, workshops and higher levels
of education for Professional Development,
they tend to secure their Economic aspect by
looking for different resources like the aid of
technology, through which they inspire and
motivate learners to bring them to the battle of
learning and thus building strong relationships
among their co-workers. A teacher in this
framework is characterized as a sphere, which
revolves around a cycle and becomes a fully
pledge teacher winning and overcoming
different challenges as they go along the way.
