Station Area Planning

The Station Area Planning
Process
How we define station area planning
Coordinated effort to plan for change within a light rail station area
(10-minute walk shed).

New service can bring change to a community, including housing,

commercial activity, and more.

Some station areas to include areas accessible by bus, bike, and cars.

Plan for change by considering how to support:

• Neighborhood voices
• Community benefit
• Access for all
• Future change
• Policy alignment
• Other investments
