Health and Safety Policy


All Company is committed to the goal of providing and keeping a healthy
and safe working environment, with a view to constant improvement. This
goal is only attainable by adherence to established objectives striving to
exceed all obligations under applicable legislation, and by fostering an
excited commitment to health, safety and the environment within Your
Company employees, contractors and visitors.
REQUIRED PROCEDURE

Air Quality Management

Each location is required to instrument an air quality program to ensure


compliance with air quality laws and regulations.


Hazardous Materials Management.

Each Company Location is required to instrument a hazardous materials


management program to ensure obedience with regulations that apply
to the company use and storage of hazardous materials above and
below ground
REQUIRED PROCEDURE

Fire Protection:

Each company Location must develop,


instrument, and maintain programs in
agreement with regulations and
accepted standards to protect life and
minimize the risk of injury and property
injury from fire.


Waste Management

Each company Location must have a


program for managing waste that is
produced onsite and is unfortunate for

Water Quality Management

Each company Location is required to implement a water quality management


program. Required programs may contain, but are not limited to Small
Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), Structure Activity,
Industrial Activity,
DUTIES
Branch Manager:


Ensure that all sensible steps are taken to prevent accidents.


Ensure that standards and procedures are developed and maintained.


Be familiar with the Occupational Health & Safety act and any studied
regulations and confirm they are followed.

Safety Officer:


Ensure that all sensible steps are taken to prevent accidents.


Be familiar with Occupational Health & Safety act, the company policy and
any other legislation affecting to health or safety.


Ensure all policies and regulation is followed by all levels of employees.
DUTIES
All Other Staff :


Conform with all Company Procedures, Safety Policy and requirements of
Occupational Health & Safety.


Be responsible for working safely and carrying out their responsibilities with
skill and care as to not cause accidental injury to themselves, fellow
employees or the general public.


Immediately report all injuries, near misses or prospective hazards to their
supervisor.

Suppliers


Deliver MSDS for all hazardous material sent to our warehouse.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must also comply with the law. You have responsibilities to:


keep your own Health and Safety and that of your co-workers;


Not initiate or join in the irritation of alternative worker;

Your Rights:

The legislation gives your three rights:

The right to know the hazards at work and how to control them;

The right to participate in Professional Health and Safety; and

The right to refuse work which you believe to be unusually dangerous.

Protection of the Biosphere:



We will strive to make continued progress
toward sinking or eliminating the release of any
hazardous substance in an effort to safeguard
all habitats affected by our operations.

We will deliver water treatment facilities that
meet or exceed discharge criteria.

Waste Reduction and Disposal:

We will reduce, reuse, and where possible, reject


waste and will dispose of all waste using safe
and responsible methods. Our goal will be to
eliminate the landfilling of waste.

We will seek opportunities to decrease waste


and recycle method scrap from our operations.

Risk Reduction

We will strive to reduce the environmental health and safety risks to our
associates and the communities in which we activate through safe technologies,
sound transportation practices, safe facilities and operating procedures, and

preparing for emergencies .
