1) In the speech of the former president
Barrack Obama, there were three issues
he presented and explained. These are
the issue of budget, local job when it
comes to their immigration system, and
passing a farm bill. Barrack Obama
conducted this speech as the people
questioned and raised issues under his
governance. But still, many people
desired him to continue ruling their
country.
It is a report of the exact word used
by a speaker or writer. It is usually
placed inside quotation marks and
accompanied by a reporting verb,
signal phrase, or a quotative frame.
Purports to give a verbatim rendition
of the words were spoken.
It is a means of expressing the
content of statements, questions or
other utterances, without quoting

Indirect often makes use of certain
syntactic structures such as content
clauses ( “that” clauses such as (that))
he was coming, and sometimes
infinitive phrase.
