Sweeties Cafe's owner are taking advantage of the

belief that every Filipino really love coffee even in


hot days. We focused on serving coffee, tea, pastries
& also entertainment for our beloved customers.
Sweeties Cafe was formed by a circle of friends that
really love coffee and eating sweets. The business
started at February 10, 2019. The purpose of our
coffee shop is to share our love on coffee and
sweets. Also we wanted to give entertainment to
those teenagers to capture every instagramable
pictures.
 Present Market Situation In demand nowadays
is the summer cold drinks for everyone. Ice
cold coffees and milk shakes that is the best
drinks in this summer days. It will be the new
trend among the teenagers. They can also take
a pictures and post it on any social medias that
can help us to promote our café shop. Best pick
for this summer is the ice cold drinks and
sweet products that can decrease their body
temperature. It may lead them to relaxation
and calm atmosphere inside the café shop.
 Strength - Sweeties Cafe dedicate a tremendous amount of time to
research to ensure that we give the customer the best coffee and cup
cake for very special day and make them satisfied of our product.

 Weakness - Sweeties cafe may have its set backs due to our very
young business, obtaining certain ingredients is already problematic
but we need to again dramatically narrow our search to meet the
standards and wants of our customers.

 Opportunity - Sweeties Cafe are run by founders with our part-time


crew which we hired due to our busy schedules in schools and other
works. We are planning to hire more part-time working students to
help them with their school expenses depending on business once we
open our shop. We will do on extensive training with them to ensure
our products quality and consistent customer service.

 Threats - Our threats may be the big companies who already have its
loyal and stable customers but we wanted to take it as a challenge to
be like them or to be more of them
