students of the control group and
Experimental group.
2. To compare the mean pre-test scores of
self-esteem(dimension wise) of the
students of the control group and
Experimental group.
3. To compare the mean post-test scores of
second language acquisition of the
students of the control group and
Experimental group.

4. To compare the mean post-test scores of

self-esteem of the students of the control
group and Experimental group.

post-test scores of second language
acquisition between control and
experimental group by taking pretest scores
of second language acquisition as a
covariate.
13. To compare the mean adjusted marginal
post-test scores of self-esteem between the
control and experimental group by taking
pretest scores of self-esteem as a covariate.
OBJECTIVES(SURVEY PART)

1. To find the level in the scores of second

language acquisition among secondary
school students.

esteem (dimension wise) based on ;
 Gender
 Locale
 Medium of instruction
 Type of school
 Type of syllabus
5. To find the relationship between the scores
of language acquisition and self-esteem
among secondary school students for the
whole sample and subsample based on ;
 Gender
 Locale
 Medium of instruction
 Type of school
 Type of syllabus
6. To find the difference in the relationship
between the scores of language acquisition
and self-esteem among secondary school
students for the subsample based on ;
 Gender
 Locale
 Medium of instruction
 Type of school
 Type of syllabus
RESEARCH QUESTIONS
BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION

during second language acquisition through the
comprehensible instructional package?
