Description
Remedial education is the supplemental instruction or additional courses connected with school for students who are
slower at learning than others in arrangement with the formal course(Cashdan, Pumfrey, & Lunzer, 2006; Chen, 2007;
Melton, 2008; Panlilio, 2012). It is designed to provide the children who are not able to control the teaching-learning
process in a normal classroom(Selvarajan & Vasanthagumar, 2012)

The need for additional education beyond the formal school is suggested one (Melton, 2008) to
enhancing the low achiever.
