As Company is engaged in Automation Service Business, it
requires continuous un-interrupted support to customers in
case of commissioning, break-down and troubleshooting
services. Company’s reputation and goodwill are also
dependent on providing quality services in time. It will require
your timely and quality services to the customers during odd
hours, Sundays, Holidays or in festivals, or while you are on
leave.

When you are already deputed on critical jobs like


commissioning, plant start-ups, shut down or revamping, you
will not take any off / leave without extreme emergency cause.
This may include Sundays and Holidays.

This requires a crucial standby support to maintain your

Attendance Policy

Your normal working hours will be from 9 am to 6:30 pm with a


lunch break of half an hour i.e. 1:00pm to 1:30pm but is subject
to the actual timing of duty or shift being fixed by the
management from time to time if required. You may be required
to work for extra hours in case of exigencies of work if the given
task incomplete and if found essential by your superiors for that
no additional remuneration/ compensation will be paid. Your
weekly off generally shall be on Sunday but is liable to be
changed if required.
