About Us
Sugarcane Delights is a vegan dessert, food
and beverage restaurant based in Kings, New
York. It that has been operating since 2010 and
was founded by Victor Marshall who was a
culinary arts student before starting the
company.
Vision
Sugarcane Delights’ vision is to become the
leading vegan dessert, food and beverage
restaurant nationwide by the year 2030.
Mission
Sugarcane Delights’ mission is to provide
excellent quality food at reasonable price
points.
The Team
Mark Quick
Executive chef
Chef Mark is in charge of menu creation, staff
management, kitchen control, plating design
and cost control.
Jessica Blanch
Sous chef
Chef Jessica is the direct assistant of the executive chef. She
is responsible for assigning schedules to the kitchen staff
and the substitute during the off-duty of the executive chef.
She also manages and maintains the order, cleanliness and
effectiveness in the kitchen

The Problem
According to the study conducted by Beth
Chung in May 2017, around 73% of individuals
in the city of Kings who hosted events reported
having guests who were unsatisfied with the
food being catered by restaurants. Due to this,
as many as 250 restaurants close on a yearly
basis due to financial problems, bad reviews by
customers, etc.

which consists of well-trained executive chef,
sous chef and line chefs who are dedicated to
exhibit their skills and experience that will help
