• Employee Working Hours & Vacation Rules
– Working Hours: 8am-6pm (45 hours/week); 1 Hr. Lunch Break
– Payday: Last Day of Each Month
– All official holidays will be granted based on ministerial circular
issued by Ministry of Labor

– The company maintains a non-smoking policy within the office premises.
Smoking can only be done outside the office premises/designated areas.
• Time Attendance
– Each employee must log-in/out
– Early out and tardiness must be logged in the logbook for proper monitoring
– In case of Sick /emergency Leave, the direct supervisor must be advised at the
earliest
• Leave application
– All leave requests must be requested through the ERP, or by filling up the
leave request form, signed by the manager

• Air Ticket
– 1 month prior to the contractual anniversary, H.R. will provide eligible employees
with a cash sum to purchase an airline ticket.
• Sick Leave
– Sick leave will not be approved during the probation period
– A medical certificate from the physician must be produced
• Annual Leave
– Each employee is entitled to 30 days leave/ annual year
– Leave Requests must be submitted through the ERP 10 days prior to the
commencement of the annual leave.

– 5 days for death of employee’s direct relative: father, mother, wife/husband, child
• Maternity Leave
– A married female employee is entitled to be paid maternity leave of up to 45 days
• Emergency Leave
– Employees can obtain EL for not more than 3 working days at one period due to
family emergency and should not exceed once per annum, which will be deducted
from the annual leave.
Performance Review: E-Appraisal
• The annual performance appraisal system enables the enrichment of our
employees by :
– Identifying strengths and weaknesses with a view to provide appropriate
guidance and/or training.
– Producing objective information which can support decisions about pay and
career prospects within the Group.
• This system measures the performance of each employee at the end of the year
and also determines the salary increase and bonus reward for employees based
on their achievements.
• The E-appraisal process is done through a software called Halogen.
Halogen E-Appraisal
• Halogen E-Appraisal™ automates, dramatically simplifies, and streamlines the
entire employee performance evaluation process.
• The E-Appraisal Process is divided into two phases annually:
• All other detailed & self-explanatory policies of the company are available on the
Oracle SSHR ; employees are requested to go through the policies.
• All employees are required to submit the new joiner forms that shall be provided
by the HR Dept., within a week from date of joining.
• All HR related requests must be submitted only through Oracle SSHR. The HR
Representative shall provide you with a brief training on the usage of SSHR.
