• Broad Objective
The main objective of this report is to practice the real life
nature of the bank.
• Specific Objectives
To understand the importance of job satisfaction and employee
engagement.
To identify the factors influence employee engagement and job
satisfaction.
To know the reasons behind the employee engagement and job
satisfaction/dissatisfaction of the employees from the findings
and analysis.
