Critique paper

 Fat Grille Restaurant was established on May 18,2018. The


name was inspired because most of the foods they are serving
was mostly fatty foods. The inspiration of the owner was her
family. She wanted to build a business to sustain the needs of
her family. Fat Grille offer an affordable price for customers,
they even offer unli rice, they have sulit meals that fit to for
students budget. the place was an open area the owner said
that she chose open area because she wanted her customer
to have fresh air at the same time aircon is costly, that is one
of her strategy in order to less her expenses . their servings
was what you have seen in the picture. surely it was
undeniably very impressive especially their platings and all.
the owner said Fat Grille is open for franchise, and if given a
chance they wanted expansion in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Strengths Weaknesses

 The place where it is located is good  The theme of the restaurant was very
because it was near the school. much alike to the other restaurant such as

 it is located at a Gas station, that is their
most effective marketing strategy because  there are a lot of restaurants who is more

in order for them to look more presentable. and they should offer food or something that the customers
cannot be seen in other restaurants so that it can be known for other people easily, because the food
and their service is very much alike to lexhas especially the kubo’s. we conclude that they should
develop more unique and more innovative ideas so that they can attract more customers. but above all
Fat Grille reach our expectations especially their service.
