 Problems before starting a business
 Selection of Business:-
The first thing
which come in a businessman’s mind is that
which business is suitable for him i.e that will
give him better satisfaction and better goodwill
with a lot of profit. So after concerning with all
the partners, we decided to start a business of
bikes trading in the city of Bahawalnagar.
 Demand of the product:-
Pakistan is the 5th
largest motorcycle market in the world after
China, India, Indonesia
And Vietnam. 7500 motorcycles being sold
everyday in pakistan. Pakistan is also among the
world’s fastest growing two wheeler market. So
there is a good demand of bikes in all over the
Pakistan.
 Size of Business unit :-
Although, the size of
this business unit of bikes trading is much big in
all over the Pakistan but as we have less budget
for our business so for our business the size of
its unit is small. We trade bikes just in our area
our with in a city close to Bahawalnagar.
 Provision of Capital:-
After concerning with all
the partners it is decided that our partner
Muhammad Ahmed will contribute 5 lac in this
business and all other partners will contribute 3 lac
in it. It is done because the budget of our business
is 20 lac so we have to divide the capital among
partners in such a way that budget can be divided
equally among the partners with their satisfaction.

Location of Business :-
location is very
important point for the start up of succesful
business.The location of our shop is bike trading
market G.P.O road bahawalnagar. Bahawalnagar
is suitable location because all partners are
related from bahawalnagar and are aware of this
area. secondly shop is in market
 Selection of physical facilities :-
We will take
a shop on rent on a particular Area of
Bahawalnagar. We need a counter for this shop
with other office equipments like chairs, sitting
soffaas, pens, writing pad, safe locker etc. All
these physical facilities are very important for
the perfection of an office in any business.
 Plan layout :-
As the size of our shop is not so big so our
plan layout for the shop is as we want some space for the mirror
counter where all the customers will be deal. We want some space for
the counter main chair and some sitting soffas for the sitting of
customers. We want some space for the safe locker and at last if some
space will left then we store some bikes there and if not there is no
space then we will park other bikes in front of shop gate.
 Selection of Staff:-
There is no need of any staff
worker because all the partners are skilled in their
profession individually as Muhammad Ahmed can
manage the business and all other partners will
divide their work according to their skills. In this
way there is no need of any other skilled staff. For
the purpose of mechanism and tuning up of bikes
we will hire a skilled mechanic on salary.
 Office equipments:-
We need office
equipments in our office like Mirror counter,
chairs, sitting soffaas, safe locker, telephone,
writing pad, pens etc. These all things are
essential for the progress of business and these
all things would have great impact on the
customers who will come to buy bikes from
shop.
 Fullfillment of Legal requirements:-
There will
be a partnership deed which is signed by all the
partners. This deed contains all the rules and
regulations of the business and these rules and
regulations must be followed by all the partners.
There is also a rental agreement of a shop which
is signed by all partners and the owner of the
shop.
