Conclusions and Recommendation
• Conclusion
Based on the practicum experience(work immersion),
we, the trainees are opened to business world wherein
we are engaged to work in actual workplace. The overall
strength of this activity is that trainees gained
experiences and knowledges for them to use in their
future profession. It is also very helpful for their present
course because they are applying what they learned. We
think that the only weakness of this activity is that there
is lacking in day to day activities and sometimes there are
wasted times.
• This practicum is originally helpful for
trainees to choose the career path they want
especially as an ABM students who are
engage in business are, it is beneficial for
them to learn how these business operates.
• Our expectation s as a trainee in the first place
is that work immersion is hard and we lose
hope but when we are in the workplace our
expectation s goes beyond because we applied
what we have learned in a classroom setting
that is why we can easily do the task they
gave.
• Recommendations
I recommend to the future interns or trainees that
don’t rely on only task they gave but also you need
to ask more activities for you to maximize your time
and for you to gain more experience.
